I gotta give commendations to Todd, the owner, and Michael and Ron. This is going to be a long post. Lol. So I bought a 2008 Pontiac G6 on June 16th. Paid 4k for it. Over the last month and a half, an engine shake became worse and worse. I took it to Firestone. They called and told me that everything underneath was all rusted out and I needed to replace all of the shocks, struts and springs. Everything. And that the frame was shit and not even against the body anymore and the rear of the car was going to collapse if I hit another pothole or majorl bump in the road. They said that pieces came off in his hands and he couldn't work on my car. Failed the inspection. Called Cars Plus Credit. The owner, Todd, called me this morning to bring it in. I got it to them after work today. Up on the lift. The 2 mechanics, Todd and myself. With flashlights. The frame is good. Surface rust, like normal. You could scrape it away and spray Rustoleam over it and would be just fine. I've seen worse rust before. The frame has no holes or cracks. The springs look good. They put my mind at ease. The back end is not going to collapse with another pothole. Lol. Todd even took time out of his day and drove my car to hear and feel the engine shake and wobble. It turned out to be the left front wheel bearing. Getting it fixed Tuesday, for way cheaper than the other guys. KUDOS, Todd, to you and your team. Thank you so much.

I had previously written a complaint about Cars Plus Credit. However, Todd, the owner of Cars Plus Credit, contacted me over the phone. Then we met in person yesterday morning at Cars Plus Credit. Todd wrote me a check for the full price of 2004 Ford Taurus SES than I was returning. In short, he made things right. He was kind, honest, and down to earth. Thank you Todd. -Jesse
